Payment Terms:
Half of the total contract price should be paid upon acceptance of the project.
The remaining amount should be paid upon completion.

Terms and Procedures:
To facilitate the conceptualization and design of your web site, we are
giving you the option to choose from among the basic layouts of a web
page. From this lay-out we can already discuss and determine the length or
duration of the web design and development. This will also help us on how
to create the pages of your site. The presentation would be according to your
preferences and concepts .

After choosing the layout of your site, choose which of the web design packages you want. If you would want to include web hosting and domain name registration, please include that in your email.
Once verified and validated, you will be required to provide us all the information needed for the content of your site. This will include text documents, pictures (the following formats are accepted- jpg, gif, png, bitmap), pdf files, and other information. At this stage, we will be requiring you to pay at least half of the total contract price. We have to insure that you are sincere in availing of our services. We will also determine the length or duration of the project. However, if you wish to set a specific date of completion, please tell us in advance.
During the contract period, you will be updated of the progress of the project. You may also provide additional inputs or suggestions as regarding the design of your site.
After completion of the project, you will now be required to pay the remaining balance of the total contract price. You will be provided with a soft copy of the completed project. If you availed of the web hosting and domain name registration, we will be in-charge of uploading your site to your web hosting company.
